Loading Files

Load .riv files from URL, device, or GitHub. All files are stored locally for offline access.

From URL

Paste any direct link to a .riv file:

  1. Tap Load from URL

  2. Paste the link

  3. Tap Load

Supported sources:

  • Direct .riv file links

  • CDN URLs

  • GitHub raw URLs

💡 GitHub auto-conversion: Paste a regular GitHub blob URL — the app converts it to raw format automatically.

From Device

Import from local storage:

  1. Tap Import from Files

  2. Browse Files, iCloud, Dropbox, or any connected storage

  3. Select your .riv file

Offline Support

Every file you load is saved locally.

  • Access previously loaded files without internet

  • Only loading new URLs requires a connection

  • Files persist until you delete them

Recent Files

The splash screen shows your recently opened files:

  • File name

  • Date loaded

  • Tap to reopen instantly

Managing Files

Delete individual files:
Swipe or long-press on any file in your library.

Delete all files:
Clear your entire library from Settings.

⚠️ Deleted files can be re-downloaded from their original URL.
