By purchasing or using any Rive Masterclass course or service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Rive Masterclass is operated by Tom Acco.

1. Courses & Access

  • Upon purchasing a course you receive a lifetime, personal, non-transferable licence to access the course content.
  • Access is tied to your account email. You may not share, resell, or sublicense access.
  • Course content (videos, source files, written materials) is for personal learning only.
  • We reserve the right to update, add to, or remove course content. We will always aim to improve it, not diminish it.

2. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are in USD and include applicable VAT where required by law.
  • Payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy. We do not store your payment details.
  • Discount codes and promotional prices are valid only for the stated period.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all courses. If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@rivemasterclass.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All course content — including videos, written materials, and source files — is owned by Tom Acco / Rive Masterclass.
  • Project source files (`.riv`, `.rev`) provided with the course are for your personal use and learning projects. You may not redistribute them or use them as the basis for commercial course content.
  • You retain full ownership of any original work you create while following the course.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Record, screenshot, or redistribute course videos or materials.
  • Share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.
  • Use the course content to create competing courses or training materials.
  • Attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rive Masterclass is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course or inability to access it. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in Israeli courts.
