Riv File Viewer does not collect, store, or transfer any personal data.

Riv File Viewer ("the App") is a free mobile application that allows designers and developers to preview and test Rive animation files (.riv) on iOS devices.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the App does and does not collect.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Riv File Viewer does not collect or store any of the following:

  • Personal information

  • Contact details

  • Usage analytics

  • Device identifiers

  • Advertising identifiers

  • Health or sensitive data

The App does not use any third-party analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or external tracking technologies.

2. Local File Storage

The App stores Rive files (.riv) locally on your device for offline access. This information:

  • stays on your device

  • is not collected

  • is not transmitted to any server

  • is not stored or shared

You can delete stored files at any time through the App's file management interface.

Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase, provided that fewer than 5 lessons have been accessed.

To request a refund, contact us at support@rivemasterclass.com with your order details.Once a refund is issued, access to the course will be revoked.

All payments are processed securely through trusted providers.
We do not store or have access to your payment information.

3. No Accounts or Logins

The App does not require creating an account and does not store emails, names, or any identifiable information

4. No Data Sharing or Selling

The app does not share, sell, or disclose any information to third parties. No data is collected by the App.

5. Children’s Privacy

The app is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. We do not collect any information from children under 13.

6. Your Choices

You may:
• Delete any stored Rive files through the App
• Delete the App at any time (this removes all files and preferences stored on your device)

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated occasionally. Changes will be reflected on this page.
